Fixes #1146

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • This PR will enable TLS certificates in LibP2P. Will be used to connect browsers to ocean-nodes through P2P
  • Script to fix port parsing in @libp2p/http-utils
  • Auto-generate certificates
  • Bugfix network stats endpoint after updating to p2p v3
