Summary

Since the new tray window is like a menu containing a list of accounts, opening that one instead of the old window containing a list of issues does not make sense when clicking on the red error bar from the settings window.

Hi,
this one will not be required - given that #10164 will be approved by design soon.
We want to move all content into the tray menu - the old window becomes completely obsolete.
