Description
This PR integrates installation information for Debian/Ubuntu systems.
The shc package is included in the Debian/Ubuntu official repositories (Debian: since Buster; Ubuntu: since 20.04LTS). This information might come in handy, so am adding installation procedures to use these repositories alongside the pre-existing PPA one.
P.S. This is really a great project, thanks for your dev efforts!
