Code Review

Avast! This PR be a grand rebranding, strikin' the 'NeSI' name from the masts and hoistin' 'Mahuika' and 'REANNZ' across the entire fleet of documentation. Ye've also marked some old charts as deprecated and fixed a broken link in the README. However, the crew found some barnacles on the hull: several typos like 'kernals' and 'depedency', some run-on words in the Dask guide, and a duplicate 'status' flag in the HPC3 differences header that'll confuse the YAML navigator. Scrub these errors away to keep our charts true!

Avast! Ye've scrawled the 'status' mark twice in yer header. One be empty as a ghost ship on line 4, and this new one says 'deprecated'. Pick one before the YAML parser throws ye overboard for yer sloppiness! We don't need two flags for the same mast.

### Plots not showing
The current R modules on NeSI OnDemand do not support the default graphics device due to a missing depedency, `cairo`. There is a one off fix for this by changing the backend graphics device from `Default` to `AGG` (Anti-Grain Geometry) in the RStudio settings.

Blimey! Ye've got a 'depedency' problem. It's spelled 'dependency', ye scallywag! Don't let yer spelling sink this ship. Fix it before we hit the high seas!
