Updated `jest`, `jest-environment-jsdom`, and `web-ext` to their latest versions. Kept `jsdom` at v26.1.0 to maintain compatibility with the current Jest CommonJS setup. Ran tests and linting to ensure no regressions. Co-authored-by: cmuench <211294+cmuench@users.noreply.github.com>
