Fixed unit tests by adding another test for 40 char hash match. Now, if a hash matches it will automatically be selected. So deleting the search value will still have the match pinned.
Fixing linting issues by running `npm run lint:fix`.
Updated the debouncing behaviour

@kala-moz @beatrice-acasandrei I created this because I had lost track of the changes I had made in #1024. I am actively working on this now and will close this soon.
