when we work on a reference implementation, is there an IdP we can implement against? like does Okta have a test impl we can code against |

It's actually live on all Okta orgs right now behind an EA flag. You can sign up for an "Integrator" account here: https://developer.okta.com/signup/ I'll need to flag this internally to set up some of the other metadata on the apps in order to fully test, so let me know when you're ready. |
