Why v1.0.3?

You might be wondering why start at v1.0.3, shouldn't the first release be v1.0.0?

Well, as a Javascript dev who works with npm all the time, venturing into the realm of PyPi for the first release was something like an adventure.

Perhaps v1.0.3 reflects a few learning curves along the way. We all gotta expand our horizons, right?
