- Convert several configs to unwanted_source_packages
- Mark tree-sitter0.25 unwanted
- Mark java-21-openjdk unwanted in ELN
Emacs 30 is not ready for tree-sitter 0.26, so a compat package is being used in the meantime: fedora-eln/eln#518 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/emacs/c/85bd016ff1c1b6c9ccf7333eaae4935a81d0aa10
