Install the modern shell utilities:

• eza, ls alternative (previously exa was bundled)
• fd, find alternative
• ag (The Silver Searcher), grep alternative
• bat, cat alternative

kotlinc

Install kotlinc and ktlint.

NB. requires Java to work. Either use a base image with Java or add feature ghcr.io/devcontainers/features/java:1.
