Two new docs analyzing pg_durable compatibility:
docs/ext-compat.md— Evaluates pg_durable against PostgreSQL extensions available on Azure Database for PostgreSQL (and Citus). Covers hooks, schemas, BGW interactions, operator conflicts, and includes a HorizonDB support column. All extensions rate Full or Full* except Citus (Partial), pglogical (Partial), and pg_hint_plan (Partial).docs/feature-compat.md— Evaluates pg_durable against Azure Database for PostgreSQL platform features: HA/failover, backups/PITR, read replicas, networking, connection pooling, security, monitoring, maintenance, scaling, and major version upgrades.No code changes.
