AzureRmWebAppDeploymentV3 was removed from LocProject.json (commit 9c0567e, Aug 7, 2024), but .lcl files still contain extra spaces in markdown links, causing incorrect translations (Loc Questions 1114598).

Solution
Manually fix .lcl files to remove extra spaces in markdown links. The localization team cannot fix this since the task is no longer in the LocProject.json
