The <title> in title: "<title>" was removed after testing and taking the screenshots in my fork.
Unfortunately GitHub doesn't allow empty strings as titles, which I realized later after the merge and while trying to create a new issue. It is fixed directly with 3e95779.

It is mandatory field and intention was that the reporter shall add its own title and doesn't need to remove/overwrite the <title> first. At least it carries the risk now that the reporter can perform the state change of the issue with the <title> as title in case GitHub has no automatism to check against the default value. 🤔
