READONLY clone of mlx5en and mlx5 drivers to be used with Connectx-4.

The top commit in this repository includes changes needed for the code to be used outside of Mellanox.
The repository should be synced automiaticlly with the internal copy at Mellanox.

In order to compile the driver, you will need:

- 11-current.
- compiling and loading the linuxapi module.

Compiling:

1) Clone this repository
2) Run inside the cloned repository:
	git submodule init
	git submodule update --remote
3) then use mlx5_build.sh to compile and install the modules.
4) kldload mlx5en (assuming linuxapi module is already installed or loaded).
