临时验证:一份描述符 xpm.{linux,macosx} + per-OS mcpp. 块(sources/generated_files/cflags/ldflags)。ffmpegmp-spike 成员在 linux 与 macos 两条腿都编 compat.ffmpegmp。两腿全绿 = 单描述符多平台结构成立 + linux/macos 都能构建。验证后并入真 compat.ffmpeg。
