Adds a provider-neutral structured representation of a message's direct ancestor lineage at GET /fmsg/:id/thread/messages. Text bodies are inlined, binary bodies and attachments receive authenticated download descriptors, and canonical message hashes provide stable per-part cache keys. The existing plain-text thread route remains unchanged.\n\nValidation: go test ./...; go vet ./...
