Updated `Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi` to version `9.0.7` in several sample projects. Adjusted version range in `Net8JwtBearerSample.csproj` to `[8.0.18,9.0.0)`. Increased `SimpleAuthenticationTools.Abstractions` version to `3.0.10` and updated `Swashbuckle.AspNetCore.SwaggerGen` to `9.0.3` in `SimpleAuthentication.Swashbuckle.csproj` and `SimpleAuthentication.csproj`.
