Adds the worker mutation journal (uuid PK, auction_id, kind, state, facts BLOB, created/resolved times) chaining from 22/05/001 Add_Custody_Ledger_Table via the standard transactional update_mangos proc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add the 22/5/6 world migration to remove duplicate AH command rows and parent command metadata that the core command loader rejects. Reinsert only executable AH console and repair commands with locale rows. Co-authored-by: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>
