docs: update coverage reports

Summary

• Regenerate docs/coverage/js.md and docs/coverage/native.md from fresh local LCOV output.

How

• npm run test:coverage:all (JS vitest --coverage + Rust cargo llvm-cov), then markdown summaries regenerated.

Results

• JavaScript/TypeScript: 87.44% statements, 77.66% branches, 93.93% functions, 90.16% lines (185 files / 2143 tests passed).
• Rust native: 19 tests passed; LCOV regenerated.

Docs-only change; no source or test behavior modified.
