The widened range lets older toolchains keep resolving 12.x while the lockfile and CI validate 13.2.0. Audited usage: the SDK only reads stable fields in `utils.dart`, unchanged across both majors. ## What is deliberately not bumped - json_serializable stays pinned below 6.10.0 (deliberate codegen containment from #911, bumping it means regenerating all committed .g.dart files and belongs in its own PR) - ~~The example app's `dependency_overrides` stay in place~~ Update: the overrides from #1048 are removed in this PR.
