feat(job): expose singlePeerConnection in JobContext.connect

Summary

• Add a singlePeerConnection parameter to JobContext.connect
• Pass the option through to the underlying LiveKit room connection options
• Add a patch changeset for @livekit/agents

Port of livekit/agents#5966.

Note

@livekit/rtc-node does not expose singlePeerConnection on its public RoomOptions type yet, but the underlying rtc-ffi-bindings RoomOptions protobuf already includes singlePeerConnection. This PR uses an agents-js-local extension of Room.connect options to bridge that field.

Testing

• pnpm build:agents
• pnpm --filter @livekit/agents lint (passes with existing warnings)
• pnpm --filter @livekit/agents api:check (fails: existing API Extractor limitation on generated export * as syntax in agents/dist/index.d.ts)
• pnpm exec prettier --check agents/src/job.ts .changeset/single-peer-connection.md
