Mirrors the official RWX guide for linear-release at https://www.rwx.com/docs/guides/linear-release. Adds rwx-continuous and rwx-scheduled example folders, surfaces RWX in the linear-release-setup skill alongside GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / CircleCI, and teaches detectCIEnvironment to recognize RWX so the User-Agent reports it.
