Summary

Replaces any with unknown in canonicalJson's JSON.stringify replacer and in the JsonObject index signature. Behavior is unchanged: the replacer reads object keys and copies values, both operations are still well-typed under unknown with single casts at the indexing points. Package now passes biome ci cleanly.
