The easiest way on our side to handle this would be HTMLImageElement return, and then a 2nd call to get the WebGLTexture. |

@estobbart would need to figure out how to get the true Texture/Image dimensions from ION - should we enhance that on the
createImageBitmapresponse or do something more specific?
