Update from code changes: MCP OAuth client ID and secret

Summary

Clarify the optional OAuth client ID / secret fields on the "Add an MCP server" flow so orgs whose OAuth provider doesn't support Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) can connect.

Changes

• Note the fields are labeled OAuth client ID / OAuth client secret and apply to personal OAuth only (they're cleared when Allow shared OAuth credential is enabled).
• Explain that when set, these credentials replace DCR for every personal OAuth connection and are encrypted alongside the MCP server — not duplicated into per-user credential rows.
• Add a fictional example of registering an OAuth client and pasting the values in.
• Update the Security bullet to include configured OAuth client credentials in the "encrypted at rest" list.
