Adds a "Migrating users from password to Google SSO" section to the SSO providers page, based on the actual auth-linking logic in
UserService.loginWithOpenIdInner.Covers:
AUTH_ENABLE_OIDC_TO_EMAIL_LINKING=trueon self-hosted (default on Cloud).
