- Fixed bug in that caused nominal size to be used on the overview page instead of maximal for finding the average size of the last 8 blocks for the server provider. - Added /v1/top that redirects to the latest available block. - Blocks in table now link to there respective hash or height depending on which you select. - Normalized some capitals - Fixed rare bug where the internal cash was not purging. Resolved issues libbitcoin#757 and libbitcoin#755
