Add kp-detect-v17 submission

Adds kp-detect-v17 to the leaderboard. Hybrid statistical + Unicode-aware AI-generated text detector with NFKD homoglyph normalization and zero-width-character stripping pre-processing.

I've committed detailed results of this detector's performance on the test set to this PR.

On the RAID dataset as a whole (aggregated across all generation models, domains, decoding strategies, repetition penalties, and adversarial attacks), it achieved an AUROC of 95.51 and a TPR of 87.11% at FPR=5% and 72.50% at FPR=1%.
Without adversarial attacks, it achieved AUROC of 96.22 and a TPR of 89.41% at FPR=5% and 72.28% at FPR=1%.
