The star history chart is currently broken because the upstream star-history.com API no longer serves data due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart to a working mirror so contributors can see the project's growth again.

The star history chart at the bottom of the README is currently broken and shows no data. The upstream star-history.com API stopped serving the chart because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the image no longer loads.
This switches the chart to a working mirror so the project's growth is visible again.
