Overview
This PR refreshes Go module lockfiles across the main SDK (go/, sdk/highlight-go/), e2e apps (e2e/go, e2e/go-plugin), and aligned indirect deps elsewhere—no application .go sources change.

OpenTelemetry indirect and direct requirements move from 1.43.0 → 1.44.0 (core otel, trace, metric, sdk, and OTLP trace exporters) in most modules. e2e/nextjs/go-service gets a larger indirect alignment: OTLP HTTP trace exporters 1.24.0 → 1.43.0, go.opentelemetry.io/proto/otlp 1.1.0 → 1.10.0, cenkalti/backoff v4 → v5, and newer grpc-gateway / genproto / gRPC pins.

Shared transitive bumps include grpc-ecosystem/grpc-gateway/v2 2.28.0 → 2.29.0 (where applicable), golang.org/x/net 0.52.0 → 0.55.0, golang.org/x/crypto 0.49.0 → 0.51.0, golang.org/x/sys / text, and google.golang.org/grpc 1.80.0/1.81.0 → 1.81.1 with updated genproto pseudo-versions. Some go.sum entries add go.opentelemetry.io/otel/metric/x as a new indirect module.
