With which driver is this resource going to be used? Do you want to add it in a later commit? Or can it be used with OpenOCD?

I will add it in a later commit once the support for these debuggers become available in openocd upstream. Right now the support for these parts are available only on openocd from ADI CrossCore/MaximSDK installation.
