Probably too subtle for the release blog but it's more like 'supports the new features of 4.2'. It makes it sounds bit like 4.2 would flat out not work with the older proxy version. Just a gripe really, I don't think it's easy to convey and will take the punch out of it if we try to explain the whole truth.
