Release v0.42.0: bumps package/versioning metadata and updates the changelog and OpenAPI spec pointers.

Adds an optional query parameter to AppListParams (and corresponding test) to support searching apps by name.

Refactors query serialization by moving Kernel.stringifyQuery’s implementation into internal/utils/query (exported via internal/utils), updating the client and tests to use the shared stringifyQuery helper.
