Replay viewport force resize

Description

This PR updates the browsers/viewport.mdx documentation to clarify the behavior of the force flag when dynamically resizing the viewport.

Specifically, it:

• Clarifies that viewport resizing is blocked during active live view or replay recording, but the force: true flag allows resizing during replay playback.
• Explains that using force: true during replay playback will stop and restart the replay, resulting in multiple replay segments.
• Renames the relevant subsection to "Force resizing during replay playback" for clarity.
