Adding a fuzzer to suggestintegration with oss-fuzz.
If you would like to integrate with oss-fuzz, please let me know in the comments with a contact e-mail I can use. I will then setup the build files on oss-fuzz.
Google will run the fuzzer on their infrastructure and send bug-reports to maintainers. It is expected that the bugs get fixed by the maintainers, so the fuzzer can go on to find other bugs.
