Create docs/parity.md with canonical matrices tracking: - Tool availability across 8 interfaces (CLI, REPL, Guide, MCP, HTTP, and 3 planned) - Flag implementation and coherence across 85 commands - Interface-specific implementation notes - Maintenance guidelines for keeping tables in sync Updated CLAUDE.md to add parity.md to canonical documentation and require parity table updates when tools, interfaces, or flags change.
