Adds Vestige to the Tools & Utilities section.
Vestige is a local-first cognitive memory MCP server for AI coding agents. It stores memory in local SQLite with FSRS-6 retention, prediction-error gating, active forgetting, spreading activation, and hybrid retrieval, and ships a 3D dashboard. It works with Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Windsurf, and JetBrains.
Placement and formatting follow the section conventions. The entry uses the same single-line format as its neighbors and is inserted in descending star-count order, between skillhub-desktop (590) and claude-simone (555). The star count is static per the README note. git diff --check passes with no whitespace errors.
