This sets up a docker container that contains Python 3 and Kivy installed and ready for use, such as in a gitlab CI environment. It is built on the ubuntu:16.04 image and contains:
- Ubuntu 16.04
- Python 3.5
- Kivy 1.9.1
- Pip
