Description

This change is to enhance eqLogic table layout functionality in design and dashboard

Add minus and plus buttons to allow inserting and removing a line or a column
Allow drag and drop to move a line to another location
Useful to quickly edit layout without moving all cmd, texts and styles

J'essaie d'aider un peu a faire un catch-up sur les PR encore en suspend et on va avoir du mal à valider cette PR car elle avait été faite, à juste titre, sur alpha mais à présent alpha ne doit plus être utilisé et il faudrait PR sur develop (la documentation doit être adaptée à ce propos, je sais)
on ne peut pas rebase automatiquement car sinon ca embarque des changements non voulu qui se trouvent actuellement dans la branche alpha
peux-tu stp la refaire sur develop (depuis develop)? je m'engage à faire le review rapidement ensuite promis
