Corrected an error where the filename of the backup file would contain the last update date of the shortcut instead of the target file. That is on top of my last pull request ;)

Corrected an error where the filename of the backup file would contain the last update date of the shortcut instead of the target file.
That is on top of my last pull request ;)
Added functionality
1- Optionally resolve shortcuts to save a copy of the target file in the local backup folder.
2- Changed all the msgboxes to be WScript.Echo, this is more cscript friendly, in case this is run in console mode.
In addition, the latest proposed script corrects an error (introduced with previous pull request) where the filename of the backup file would contain the last update date of the shortcut instead of the target file.
