💡 What: Optimized handleAgentEvents by caching activeAssistantIdx and pendingToolIndices before the event loop, effectively reducing the time complexity of batch processing.

🎯 Why: Previous implementation used a manual reverse scan loop inside the event batch loop for every event. This forced an O(N) search (where N is message history) for every single event in a batch (size M), resulting in an O(N*M) time complexity. By caching the locations of active elements upfront, we drop the complexity to O(N+M). Additionally, tracking pending tools via a stack (unshift and pop) guarantees multiple tool_results in a single batch will resolve properly to their respective calls.

📊 Impact: Event handling time per batch shrinks drastically from O(N*M) to O(N+M). This prevents micro-stuttering or CPU spikes during periods with large context histories and fast token streams.

🔬 Measurement: Verify by running pnpm test (all 48 core unit tests and 3 cli tests passed). This optimization is pure logic restructuring and relies on the tests and code review for verification without requiring UI snapshots.

- Replaced O(N*M) inner array scans with O(N) pre-caching of indices.
- Updates cached indices in O(1) time per event in the batch.
- Recorded critical performance learning in .jules/bolt.md.
