Description
This PR removes the Popover component from the repository, as it is dead code. No file is importing it. AccountPopover is already using the @internxt/ui component, and UserRoleSelection.tsx & UserOptions.tsx are using the Popover from @headlessui/react directly, which we are not planning to migrate for now.
