Prefix each changelog entry with the published component version(s) the change touched (e.g. "[v11.6, v11.7] ui-form-field: ..."), so consumers see which version(s) received a fix. A conventional-changelog preset (scripts/component-versions/), wired into `lerna version` via --changelog-preset, computes the versions from each commit's changed files by tracing them through the lettered export files to the ./vX_Y package.json export keys. Files outside a versioned component folder get no prefix.
