This PR extends the OTLP exporter infrastructure by implementing specialized span converters for all major instrumentation categories. This enables the Ruby sensor to properly convert Instana spans to OTLP format for various service types including AWS services, background jobs, GraphQL, gRPC, and Rails applications.
