This PR addresses the following issues and improvements:

1. Updated the README files with clearer instructions.
2. The Import/Export command now supports all seven types of smart alerts.
3. The export command now creates a folder based only on the type of element being saved locally.
4. Fixed an issue where running the import command without the --include flag caused a directory existence check error.
