This PR adds functionality to add a toggle to show duplicate nodes in the graph visualization of a DAG in
dot.py. When toggled, graphs that have previously 'hidden' duplicate nodes (i.e. nodes with the sameexprbut differentids) show the nodes. The changes ensure that all nodes, including duplicates, are correctly registered and that edges between nodes are properly maintained.
