This PR does minimal refactoring to fix the broken unit tests. This mostly involves changing import statements on the tests and adding
__init__.pyfiles for package importing.This PR does not further re-organize the files under
amys_files_just_for_reorg. When those files get moved to their proper place, the tests should be updated accordingly. Here I am just focusing on getting the tests back working under the current structure.
