atualizar links de contribuidores e remoção de links quebrados

Atualiza o README.MD para corrigir links de contribuidores e repositórios da série 4Noobs, removendo referências quebradas (ex.: Perl) e ajustando URLs após mudanças de usuário/repo.
Changes:
- Atualiza links de contribuidores e repositórios (ex.: HTML, PHP, Haskell, Vim, WM, Arch Linux, Linux, UI/UX, MongoDB).
- Remove a entrada de Perl (repo excluído/privado).
- Ajusta referências para novos usernames/paths (padronizando alguns links em lowercase).
