Currently, it does a weird thing where it tries to download an empty file whenever you navigate to the buildbot mid-reboot.
Also, Caddy sets
flush_interval -1automatically for buildbot's/sse/*path because it sets the headerContent-Type: event-stream. So that simplifies things here.
