feat: move members

[0xDracula]

this lovely pull brings you:

• /pro move #dest
• /pro move #dest --kick: kicks them from source
• /pro move #dest --exclude @a @b
• /pro move with no args pops open a modal
• /pro settings (or /pro settings move on|off) so members can opt out of being bulk-moved

permissions:

• global admins go anywhere
• everyone else needs to be a prometheus manager or channel manager of both channels

tested on a slack workspace :)

note: we need groups.write.invites scope
